October 2014 was CWU Call Centre Action Month.

As part of a series of National Events, CWU Mersey Branch held events in two BT Buildings, Lancaster House in Liverpool and the Call Centre in Warrington as well as leafleting members and prospective CWU members in Talk Talk and Virgin Media.

As part of the Building events, members of the CWU Mersey Branch were on hand to promote the benefits of Union Membership and the CWUs Call Centre Charter. We also promoted other aspects of Union membership including the Union’s Humanitarian Aid Charity CWUHA, the improved range of Legal Services available from UnionLine and also give out Branch branded goodies including 2015 Diaries.
